1. Fill out ENROLLMENT FORM

2. Read & Sign the POLICIES & INFORMATION SHEET

3. Pay REGISTRATION FEE

4. Drop off Forms & Fee to Studio

We will notify you if the class you want is unavailable.  We fill our classes on a first come first serve basis.
